History navigation fully functional

Browser history support and sharable URLs have been deployed.

MyOwnDB was born at the time as AJAX technologies appeared. Its adoption of (at the time) cutting-edge AJAX techniques led to a support for the browser’s back and forward button that was sub-optimal. But this is now fixed and the state of data tables displayed in a page is reflected in the URL and recorded in the browser’s history.

This also means that you can share a filtered and sorted table with a co-worker by sharing the page’s URL.

This is the first key feature deployed that was made possible by the rewrite of MyOwnDB.
